Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, work email, phone number, company details), project data you upload (BOQs, quotations, tender documents, invoices), and technical usage data such as log events and device information.
2. How we use information
Data is used to operate the platform, process documents you submit for analysis, provide support, secure the service, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.
3. AI processing
Documents you submit for AI analysis are processed to extract structured commercial data. Extracted output is returned to your organization only and is never used to train shared models without an explicit written agreement.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors necessary to run the service, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. Project data is never shared between organizations.
5. Data retention
Project data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted unless a longer period is agreed in an enterprise contract.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data at any time by writing to Hello@qyasai.net. Organization owners can export all organization data from Settings → Security.

We apply encryption in transit and at rest, row-level access control, role-based permissions and audit logging. See the Security page for details.
