Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the QYAS AI platform. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your organization.
2. Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly or annually in SAR and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits on active projects, users and storage apply as published on the Pricing page.
3. Free trial
Trial accounts receive Professional features for 14 days. At the end of the trial you may select a paid plan or your account moves to read-only access.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the project data you upload. You grant QYAS AI a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the service you have subscribed to.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to store unlawful content, attempt to breach access controls, reverse engineer the service, or resell access without written agreement.
6. AI output
AI-generated insights are decision support, not professional advice. Output must be reviewed by authorised engineering and commercial professionals before it is relied upon.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Enterprise agreements may include a contractual service level with remedies.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
